Review points
All review points from manager or partner must be created in the Communications Panel on the right side of the screen (recommend you pin this to appear at all times) through "Add a Message" as a To-Do (not a note).
They should only be tagged for the preparer/manager where action is required (see Communications help note here for more detail).
Review points should be cleared by the recipient typing the answer or comment (after addressing the matter as relevant) in the Reply box in the To-Do. They should not then clear the point - this should only be done by the partner or manager by pressing on the grey circle within the To-Do itself.
