X1 - Client records
For those clients where we still need to complete the X1 form for their delivery of records, these reconciliations can be manually added into the Planning workflow.
To do this, go into the client's Planning workflow, select Actions and Add reconciliation and then select the relevant X1 Computer or Manual Records. If you select the worn one, you can remove it by going into the incorrect reconciliation and select Actions, Remove and then confirm choice.
