If you have a question on Silverfin, please use the below sources of help (in order):

1. If it is an IT issue re access to site (no internet signal, sign in not possible, etc) use normal IT help process
2. If it relates to FC policies and practices then refer to the guide here.
3. Check FAQ section (Pointers / Cheat Sheet / Frequent Errors and relevant Approach Cheat Sheet) in FC help
4. Search FC help articles
5. Search Silverfin Help articles
6. Ask your manager/in charge or colleagues
7. Ask champions in office (they will be checking you have tried the above to solve the question before becoming involved).
8. Use "Teams Silverfin - General" channel to post question - this will be monitored regularly to address queries.
