Changing Manager or Partner on a checklist

If the manager or partner needs to be changed on an assignment then the checklists for the Manager (planning & completion) and Partner (Completion) will need to be reassigned as necessary based on the current status of the assignment.  Any Review Points that have been raised can be cleared by the new Manager or Partner without any further action.

If the checklists are not reassigned then you will not be able to get the workflow to 100%.  To reassign, select the checklist from the workflow screen.  Checklists are next to Communication and if there are more than one linked to a workflow then the Drop Down allows you to access the required checklist as per below.

Select the 'Assign User' option, type in the name to search and choose the new manager or partner to be assigned.  

Once added, click the 'x' to remove the previous Manager or Partner from the checklist and then 'Yes' to confirm.  Any checks that had been completed by the previous Manager / Partner will need to be redone by the new Manager / Partner.
